Cordoba Alcazar, Synagogue and Mosque-Cathedral Guided Walking Tour
10:15:00 Check-in at the Main Door of Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos near the Flags

Day: Day1
10:30:00 Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos (Castle of the Christian Monarchs)
Start at the Alcazar of Cordoba, once the residence of prominent monarchs, King Ferdinand II and Isabella I. In times of war, the Alcazar was used as a defense fortress and a torture chamber. It even became a garrison for Napoleon Bonaparte's army. The palace is also famous for its lush gardens.
Day: Day1
Cordoba's Synagogue
Enter one of the oldest remaining synagogues which survived the Spanish Inquisition. This 14th-century synagogue is distinct for its Mudejar architecture. Throughout its tumultuous past, it has changed hands and has been converted into a hospital and a chapel.
Day: Day1
Jewish Quarter
Take a trip back in time as you stroll the cobblestoned streets of Juderia or the Jewish quarter. Admire well-preserved Medieval-era buildings with Cordoba's traditional flower-adorned patios. This historic area has lived through many of Cordoba's cultural changes, giving it an authentic feel.
Day: Day1
Mosque-Cathedral
Perhaps the most prominent monument of Cordoba, the Mosque-Cathedral merges elements from two different religions. The Moorish exterior dates back to as early as the middle ages but was repurposed to be used by Catholics. A truly fascinating mix of contrasts that makes it a must-see in Cordoba.
Day: Day1
14:00:00 Tour Ends at the Mosque-Cathedral
